Postcards from Vienna

It’s been quite a hectic few months since the beginning of 2021, with lots going on, both good and bad. I can’t quite comprehend how fast time goes.

Amidst all the good, there’s still so much ugliness going on in the world, that sometimes all you can do is take a mental break from work and life, from being a productive or creative person, and try to slow the wheel of life, maybe for just a few seconds.

I keep going through my folders and find all the buried, unpublished photos that are quite personal and meaningful to me, and I thought of sharing some quick postcards from my trip to Vienna, where I was earlier before the covid pandemic.

A stunning slice of the Austrian beauty, of nature, human architecture, and human interaction. The photo album holds more than a 1000+ photo, but I’ve decided to share only few.

I have so many thoughts concerning this beautiful city, have you ever been? I’d love to know what you think!

  • The shoebill (Balaeniceps rex) also known as whalehead bird.
  • So what sparked a cognitive revolution?
  • “The Garden of Flamingo’s”
  • In total fascination of the flamingo
  • It’s feathers
  • and it’s form
